Solar Energy (Start Here)
Climate Change - One-Liners, and Lines of Evidence

It would be hard to teach about solar energy without mentioning the reality of Climate Change, aka Global Warming, aka Global Heating. Have just come across a new-to-me blog, with a link here to the site searched by ‘education’ articles: ClimateChangeFork.

It was the article of July 9, 2013 that caught my eye and deserves mention from a Science teaching point of view – he does the math on radiative forcing and the current word imagery equivalent of  5 Hiroshima-size bombs per second, for well over 50 years. Climate Change, Hiroshima, and Nuclear Winter.
